John Hines

John became a locksmith in 1996, and founded Area Wide Locksmith in 2003 with the help of his wife Susan. 

"I love getting to help people and give them peace of mind with their security needs. I love our team and being able to work with our customers."

Susan has been supporting Area Wide Locksmith since 2003, and joined the team full time in 2007. She is a locksmith technician with AWL, and is the manager for Sign Designs of Texas.

"I enjoy visiting with the people that come through our shop, and helping projects come to life."

Carlos is a locksmith technician for Area Wide Locksmith and sign technician for Sign Designs of Texas. He's been part of the company since 2003.

"I am thankful to get to work with my family and serve our community."

Wade has been a locksmith since 2016, and has been with Area Wide Locksmith for 6 years. Wade is a locksmith and sign technician.

"The variety of work and high standards the company is held to make this job special."

Megan began working with Area Wide Locksmith in 2017, and has been a full time locksmith and sign technician for the past 3 years. 

"I really enjoy the diversity of the job, and uniqueness of the trade."

Holly has been with Area Wide Locksmith since 2019, and serves as a sign technician with Sign Designs of Texas.

"I enjoy the process of making a sign, and bringing people's dream creations to life."

Mason has been with Area Wide Locksmith off and on since 2018. Mason currently handles managing social media content creation for AWL and Sign Designs of Texas.

"It's great to showcase my family and our business. It's amazing to see how hard our team works to help take care of our customers."

Paul has just completed his first month with Area Wide Locksmith, and 6th year of being a general locksmith.

"I appreciate the diversity of this job, and not always having to be in the shop all day."
